摘　　要：李天望教授多年从事中西医结合治疗消化系统疾病及内镜下疾病的诊疗,对胃肠道功能性、器质性疾病均有丰富诊疗经验,特别是灵活运用中医药理论及经方柴胡疏肝散治疗情志失调为主要病因的功能性胃肠道疾病。现依据功能性消化不良相关病因分类介绍李天望教授中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的相关临床经验,其综合治疗临床疗效颇佳。Professor Li Tianwang has been engaged in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of digestive diseases and endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of diseases for many years,and has rich experience of diagnosis and treatment for gastrointestinal function and organic diseases,especially the flexible use of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of emotional disorders for functional gastrointestinal diseases.This paper based on functional dyspepsia related etiology introduce classified the clinical experience of Professor Li Tianwang in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and the clinical curative effect is perfect.
