摘  要:城市配电网网架规划对供电可靠性的提高至关重要,是故障隔离和负荷转供恢复送电的基础。为提高配电网网架整体的可靠性,文章提出了基于全电压等级负荷转供能力的城市配电网网架规划方法。该方法运用"网格化"规划理念,以负荷转供计算为基础,开展高、中压配电网整体负荷转供能力评估,得出最优的网架组建方式,为城市配电网的规划建设起到借鉴作用。The network planning of urban distribution network is essential to the improvement of power supply relia- bility, it is the basis of fault isolation and load transfer to restore power supply. In order to improve the reliability of the whole distribution network,this paper put forward a full voltage load transfer strategy of city distribution network planning method. This method uses grid planning and load transfer calculation as the basis to carry out high and me- dium voltage distribution network load transfer ability of the overall evaluation, and the optimal network form is ob- tained which can be a reference for the planning and construction of urban distribution network.
