摘 要:2,5-二(2-(4-吡啶基)乙炔基)苯胺是一个重要的化工中间体,在环境工程以及天然药物化学领域具有广泛的应用前景,但现有合成方法较为繁琐。本文以2,5-二溴苯胺和4-乙炔基吡啶盐酸盐为起始原料,通过Sonogashira偶联反应一步反应可直接获得目标产物,其结构经高分辨质谱和核磁得以确证。该方法原料价廉易得,操作步骤简单,反应总收率62.3%。2,5-bis[2-(4-pyridinyl)ethynyl]-benzenamine is an important chemical intermediate. It has a very wide application prospect in environmental engineering and natural medicine chemistry, but the existing synthesis method is more cumbersome. In this paper, 2,5-bis[2-(4-pyridinyl)ethynyl]-benzenamine was synthesized by Sonogashira coupling reaction with 2,5-dibromaniline and 4-ethynylpyridine hydrochloride as the starting materials, and its structure was confirmed by high-resolution mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. The synthetic route is only one chemical step with the total yield 62.3 %, and the price of raw materials is low and easy to obtain.
