摘　　要：本文提出用密封比色管制备好预制试剂(亚甲蓝)测定废水中硫化物的含量,比较适合批量较大的样品测定、纳管企业现场的水质测定和中控水质测定。本方法的相对标准偏差为1.55%,平均回收率为102.4%,方法的精密度和准确度都符合检验质量的要求。In this paper, the predetermined reagent （methylene blue） was prepared by the preparation of the predetermined reagent （methylene blue） for the determination of sulphide in the waste water. It is suitable lbr Water quality determination on site of chemical enterprises, and suitable for sample batch more determination and intermediate control sample determination. The relative standard deviation of this method is 1.55 %, the average or recovery rate is 102.4 %, and the precision and accuracy of the method meet the requirement of inspection quality.
