摘  要:含金氰化液经电解后产生的废液在处理过程中会产生大量的泥浆状沉淀物,称为塘泥,其主要成分是活性炭及硅铝质,还含有数百克的金,这部分金的提取回收率不高,通过电子显微像结合能谱分析,发现塘泥中的黄金颗粒极细,大多在1μm以下,被包裹在活性炭及硅铝质凝絮状中,且黄金颗粒表面有一层包膜,形成飞碟状双层结构,难以进行络合反应,使得常规方法对金的提取率偏低。After electrolytic gold cyanide liquid produced in the process of waste liquid will produce large amounts of sediment slurry, called pond silt, its main component is activated carbon and silicon aluminum, also contains hundreds of grams of gold, the extraction of this part of the gold recovery rate is not high, by electron microscopy in combination with energy spectrum analysis, discovered gold in the pond silt particles very fine, mostly under 1 microns, wrapped in activated carbon and silicon aluminum coagulation flocculation, and gold particles surface with a layer of coating, formation flying saucer shape double-layer structure, difficult complexation reaction, makes the conventional method for gold extraction yield is low.
