动线型SLP法在校园设施布置中的应用

摘　　要：系统布置设计(SLP)是设施布置与设计的经典方法,在工厂生产系统和服务设施设计中都可以应用,合理的布置方式可以提高服务质量。调研了宿州学院各区域间的人流量和车流量,根据调研结果运用动线型SLP法得出宿州学院各区域间的物流关系,根据各区域相互关系的影响因素,确定各区域间的非物流相互关系,综合物流和非物流关系,得出各区域间的综合相互关系,发现了原布置方案存在以下问题:生活区杂乱、体育场过于分散、图书馆过小、交通不方便不安全等,根据各区域间的综合相互关系对原布置方案进行优化,得出新的布置方案:隔开学生生活区和教师生活区、体育运动场地集中布置、扩建图书馆等。System arrangement design （SLP） as a traditional method of facility layout and design has been gradually applied in the services. Reasonable layout is one of the key factors to improve the quality of service. We investigate the flow of people and traffic between the different regions of Suzhou University. According to the research results, we use the dynamic linear SLP method and get logistics relationship between all regions of Suzhou University. According to the influencing factors of the relationship between the different regions, we determine the non - logistics relationship between them, and conclude the comprehensive relationship between different regions, and find that the original layout has the following problems：the living area is too scattered and messy;library is too small;traffic is inconvenient and not safe. According to the comprehensive relationship, we conclude the new layout plan：to separate student life area from teacher life area, to arrange the sports venues together and to the extend the library.
