摘　　要：结合多年对恰海和山口两座水库调度工作经验,依据水文、气象资料,总结出了这两座水库入库洪水的特征,分析了积雪、降雨、0℃层高度3大因素对产生洪水的影响,其成果可为这两座水库防洪、调度提供参考。Combined with many years of experience in regulating two serial cascades of Qiahai Reservoir and Shankou Reservoir, the author summarized the characteristics of flood at these two reservoirs in accordance with the hydrological and meteorological data, analyzed the influence of accumulated snow, rainfall and 0℃ level on flood, aiming to provide reference for flood control and regulation of two reservoirs.
