百色水利枢纽初期运行调度优化初探

摘　　要：分析了百色水利枢纽所在的右江流域的暴雨洪水特性及坝址的设计洪水计算。论述了水库防洪调度的原则、运行方式及优化调度研究。通过水库调节计算,得到百色水利枢纽较优的运行调度图及主要动能指标,作为经济评价、电价研究等的依据。Analysis was made on the rainstorm flood characteristics of Youjiang River basin where the Baise Multipurpose Dam Project is located and the dam site design flood calculation. The author presented the flood control principle and operation mode of reservoir, his study on regulation optimization. By reservoir regulation calculation, superior dispatching diagram and main kinetic energy indexes of the project are available, which can be the basis of economic evaluation and electricity price study.
