摘 要:金属纤维燃烧器属于表面燃烧技术的应用装置,与传统的扩散式燃烧器对比而言,具有低污染量排放、高燃烧强度、良好的抗冲击性等优势。文章通过商用软件对于该表面燃烧器的混风结构进行了冷态流场数值模拟,结果表明单独使用旋流叶片或者单独使用均流孔板,难以将燃烧头区域燃料质量分数与混合均匀程度提高至燃烧需求;使用旋风结构与均流孔板复合布置后,燃料与空气速度场可以得到优化,可燃气与空气混合程度可得到提高,预计可以充分消除炉膛局部高温区域,有益于降低主要燃烧污染物氮氧化物含量。Metal fiber burner is classified as a device with surface combustion technology involved. Compared to traditional free diffusion flame burner, it has the advantages of low pollution discharge, high burning strength, good impact resistance and so on. In this paper, the numerical simulation of the cold flow field is carried out for the gas-air mixer of surface combustion test-burner with Fluent. The results show that the fuel and air velocity field can be optimized with the built-in cyclone structure and porous plate, and the mixing degree of gas and air in the flow field is greatly improved. It is expected that the local high temperature region of the burner can be eliminated, which is beneficial to reduce the emission of the main combustion pollutant (NOx).
