摘 要:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法与微波消解-原子吸收光谱(AAS)法测定西洋参中镉的方法。通过实验探讨了微波消解条件、仪器工作条件,并对电感耦合等离子体质谱法和原子吸收光谱法对西洋参中镉的测定进行了对比,研究发现电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定西洋参中镉的线性范围为0~100μg/L,检出限为0.16μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.5%,而原子吸收光谱法测定西洋参中镉的线性范围为0~20μg/L,检出限为0.30μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.1%,并使用国家标准物质对方法进行了验证。结果表明,两种方法都具有操作简单,准确度高,精密度好等特点,都能满足实验要求。Two methods based on microwave digestion - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and microwave digestion- atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) were established for the determination of cadmium in gen-seng. Optimized microwave digestion conditions, and instrument working conditions were obtained for the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and microwave digestion. The results showed that the linear calibration range of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was 0-100 /lg/L and detection limit is 0.16 μg/L with the relative standard deviation of 2.5%. The linear calibration range of atomic absorption method was 0 - 20μg/L, the detection limit is 0.30μg/L, and the relative standard deviation 3.1%. The methods were verified using the national standard samples. The results show that the two methods have the advantages of simple operation with high accuracy and precision making these suitable for analysis requirements.
