摘　　要：文章以滁州职业技术学院电气自动化专业为例,对"电气类卓越技能应用型人才培养"从人才培养模式、课程体系建设和教学模式改革、校内外实习基地建设及平台的搭建、师资队伍建设以及教学质量监控与保障机制的建设方面作了研究。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the part of Career Academy automation profes-sional personnel training, taking Department of Electro--machinery Engineering of Chuzhou Voca-tional and Technical College for example, research of ＂Training the Applied Talents with ExcellentSkills in Electrical Engineering Speciality＂ personnel training mode reform, system construction andteaching mode of college practice base construction and platform construction of teachers and teachingquality supervision and guarantee system construction is oiven.
