摘 要:目的了解2010~2016年沈阳市流感样病例暴发疫情监测结果,为流感防控提供科学依据。方法运用流行病学、病原学方法,采集流感样病例(ILI)咽拭子标本用荧光定量PCR检测。结果 2010~2016年沈阳市共发生5起流感样病例暴发疫情,涉及4个区,全部发生在中小学;发病例数为14~25例,平均罹患率为21.05%;暴发疫情主要集中在3~4月,共报告4起(占80.00%),发病72例(占75.00%)。共检测ILI咽拭子标本69份,阳性57份,阳性率为82.61%,其中B型流感52份(占91.23%),腺病毒5份。结论 2010~2016年沈阳市流感样病例暴发疫情主要集中在3~4月,全部发生在中小学;病原体以B型流感病毒为主。Objective To understand the monitoring results of influenza-like illness(ILI) outbreaks in Shenyang city, 2010-2016,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza. Methods The epidemiological and etiological methods were used to collect the throat swab specimens of ILl to be detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR, Results There were five outbreaks of ILl in Shenyang city,2010-2016,which involved four districts and all occurred in primary and high schools. The incidence of ILI was 14-25 cases, and the average attack rate was 21.05 %. The outbreaks were concentrated in March-April, 4 outbreaks were reported(accounting for 80 %), with. 72 cases(accounting for 75%). A total off 69 throat swab specimens of ILI were detected with a positive rate of 82.61%,of which 52 were influenza B (91.23%)and 5 were adenovirus. Conclusion The outbreaks of ILI are concentrated in March-April in Shenyang city, 2010-2016 ,all occur in primary and high schools. And the main pathogen of ILI is type B influenza virus.
