摘  要:为了提高现有的径向混合磁轴承在单位体积内产生的悬浮力大小以及降低磁轴承制造成本,设计了一种新型异极径向混合磁轴承。与现有磁轴承相比,该磁轴承具有结构紧凑、体积小、单位承载力大和功耗低等特点。首先分析了该磁轴承工作原理,并运用经典的等效磁路法建立了数学模型。据此数学模型分析了该磁轴承的最大承载力,同时给出了磁轴承参数设计方法。然后采用有限元仿真分析的方法和稳定悬浮及扰动试验对该磁轴承的相关参数和性能进行了分析及试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明:该新型径向混合磁轴承可产生的悬浮力大,悬浮力与电流以及转子位移的线性程度高,可达到设计要求。In order to improve the suspension forces within the unit volume produced by radial hybrid magnetic bearing and reduce its manufacturing cost, a novel type of heterpolar radial hybrid magnetic bearing was presented. Compared with the existing magnetic bearing, this magnetic bearing' s structure was compact, volume was smaller, the suspension forces was large within the unit volume, low power consumption and another characteristic. Firstly, the working principle of the novel bearing was analyzed. Then the mathematic model of the bearing was established by the equivalent magnetic circuit method. Therefore, the maximum load capacity of the bearing was listed. Finally, performance of proposed bearing was verified by finite element simulation, finite element analysis and experiment. Results of simulation and experiment had show that this bearing produce the levitation force was large, the linear degree of levitation force with current and rotor displacement was high.
