皂角刺及其伪品的薄层色谱鉴别

摘　　要：目的:通过对伪品和真品的鉴别,为皂角刺的质量控制提供参考依据。方法:以二氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨试液(9∶1∶0.2)的下层溶液为展开剂,采用薄层色谱法,对皂角刺及其伪品进行鉴别。结果:皂角刺对照药材和伪品均有一个蓝色主斑点,但伪品中多了一个红色主斑点。结论:此种伪品与皂角刺薄层色谱存在明显差别为。Objective:To provide basis for the quality control of thorns of Gleditsia spina by the identification of its fake products.Methods:Using the lower solution of methylene chloride-methanol-concentrated ammonia solution(9∶1∶0.2)as developing agent to identify thorns of Gleditsia spina and its falsify by TLC.Results:The thorns of Gleditsia spina and its falsify all had a blue main spot,but there was a red main spot in the fake.Conclusion:There are obvious differences in TLC between the falsify and thorns of Gleditsia spina.
