摘  要:目的探讨振幅整合脑电图评分系统与头颅B超的联合应用在早产儿脑损伤的早期诊断中的价值。方法分析2016年6月~2017年6月我院收治的100例早产儿脑损伤患者的检查和诊断情况,依据不同检查方法分为对照组和实验组,每组50例,对照组早产儿接受头颅B超检查,实验组早产儿接受振幅整合脑电图评分系统与头颅B超联合检查,对比分析两组临床诊断情况。结果实验组早产儿脑损伤患者临床诊断的LB、Cy和Co评分结果均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。由ROC曲线分析结果可知,Cy评分用于诊断早产儿脑损伤的特异度和灵敏性最高,且明显高于LB评分和Co评分,而三者联合诊断的应用价值最高(P<0.05)。结论早产儿脑损伤患者接受振幅整合脑电图评分系统与头颅B超联合检查,具有较高的准确性和特异性,因而临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the value of combined application of amplitude integrated electroencephalogram (EEG) scoring system and cranial B-ultrasound in early diagnosis of brain injury in premature infants.Methods Analysis in June 2016 to June 2017, traumatic brain injury in our hospital 100 cases of premature infants in the inspection and diagnosis.According to the different examination methods,they were evenly divided into control group and experimental group.In the control group,premature infants were provided with cranial B-ultrasound examinations,while in the experi- mental group,they were provided with amplitude integrated EEG score system and cranial B-uhrasound examinations in combination.Theclinical diagnosis of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the experimental group,the scores of LB,Cy,and Co in the clinical diagnosis were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05).By ROC eurve,Cy score presented with highest specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of brain injury in preterm infants, greatly higher than those by LB score and Co score.The application value was utmost in combined diagnosis of Cy,LB, and Co score (P〈0.05).Conclusion For premature infants with brain injury,joint examinations of amplitude integrated EEG score system and cranial B-ultrasound display high accuracy and specificity with a high clinical application value.
