热毒宁与利巴韦林在小儿呼吸道感染中的疗效比较及对炎症因子的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨热毒宁与利巴韦林在小儿呼吸道感染中的治疗效果以及对体内炎症因子的影响情况。方法选取2015年9月~2016年9月在我院就诊的患有呼吸道感染的小儿患者80例,按照随机分配的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用常规治疗,在此基础上使用热毒宁进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规治疗,在此基础上使用利巴韦林进行治疗,采用SF-36量表简易生活质量量表对两组治疗后生活质量进行评估,比较两组患者治疗效果的差异以及热毒宁和利巴韦林对TNF-α及IL-6的影响。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能及认知功能评分,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-6指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床过程中,热毒宁的治疗效果比较显著,可快速缓解患者的临床症状,显著降低血清TNF-α、I L-6水平。objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Reduning and Ribavirin in children with respiratory infection and the influence on inflammatory factors.Methods From September 2015 to September 2016,80 children suffering from respiratory tract infection in our hospital were selected.According to the principle of random allocation,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group were treated by conven- tional treatment,on the basis of using Reduning treatment,the control group was treated with conventional treatment,on the basis of using the Ribavirin treatment.SF-36 scale simple quality of life scale was used to assess the quality of life of the two groups after treatment,different treatment effect between the two groups and the Reduning and Ribavirin influence of the TNF-α and IL-6 were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the social function,physical function,role function,cognitive function score of observation group after treatment were compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the observation group after treatment,serum TNF- c~ and IL-6 index were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with respiratory tract infection,the treatwent effect of Reduning is significant,it can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,significantly reduced the serum TNF-α,IL-6.
