麻杏四子汤结合机械辅助排痰治疗坠积性肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨麻杏四子汤结合机械辅助排痰治疗坠积性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月~2017年4月我院老年科收治的坠积性肺炎患者60例随机分为联合组(麻杏四子汤+机械辅助排痰+常规西医治疗,30例)和常规组(常规西医治疗,30例)。比较两组患者治疗前后的PaCO_2、PaO_2、FEV1/FVC,住院时间、疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的PaCO_2、PaO_2、FEV1/FVC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的PaCO_2、PaO_2、FEV1/FVC较治疗前均有显著改善,联合组患者的PaCO_2低于常规组,PaO_2、FEV1/FVC高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组患者的住院时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组患者的总有效率为96.67%,显著高于常规组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论麻杏四子汤结合机械辅助排痰治疗坠积性肺炎可协助改善患者的症状,提高其临床疗效,具有显著治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Maxing Sizi Decoction combined with mechanical assisted expec- toration treating hypostatic pneumonia.Methods 60 Patients with hypostatic pneumonia treated in Department of Geriatrics of our hospital from August 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the combined group （Maxing Sizi Decoction＋mechanical assisted expectoration＋conventional Western medicine treatment,30 cases） and the conventional group （conventional western medicine treatment,30 cases）.PaCOz,PaO2,FEVI/FVC before and after treat- ment and hospital stay,the curative effect in patients between the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment, there was no statistical difference of PaCO2,PaOz, FEVI/FVC in patients between the two groups （P〉O.05）.After treatment,PaCO2,PaOE, FEV~/FVC were obviously improved compared with before treatment in patients of the two groups,and PaCO2 in the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group,PaO2,FEV1/FVC in the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group （P〈0.05）.The hospital stay in the combined group was shorter than that of the conventional group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the patients in the combined group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the routine group （73.33%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Maxing Sizi Decoction combined with mechanical assisted expectoration treating hypostatic pneumonia can help improve the symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy of patients with significant therapeutic effect.
