手术室细节护理在外科手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室细节护理在外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年3月~2016年7月收治的98例外科手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为细节组(49例)与常规组(49例)。细节组患者给予手术室细节护理,常规组患者给予手术室常规护理。比较两组患者的手术护理安全性评分、住院时间、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果细节组手术室护理安全性评分高于常规组,细节组住院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细节组并发症总发生率(10.20%)低于常规组(28.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细节组护理满意度(93.88%)高于常规组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室细节护理提高了手术室的安全性及患者护理的满意度,降低了患者术后并发症的发生率,缩短了患者的住院时间,临床应用效果较好,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of detail nursing in operation room for surgical patients.Methods From March 2015 to July 2016,98 cases of surgery patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,randomly divided into details group （49 cases） and routine group （49 cases）.The details group was given detail nursing in operation room,the routine group was given routine nursing in operation room.The operation safety score,length of stay,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The safety score of nursing in the op- eration room was higher than that in the routine group,and the hospitalization time in the detail group was shorter than that in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total complication rate in detail group （10.20%） was lower than that in routine group （28.57%）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of detail group （93.88%） was higher than that of routine group （71.43%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Details nursing can improve the safety of operation room and patient care satisfaction,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the patient＇s hospital stay,the clinical application effect is good,which is worthy of popularizing.
