摘 要:电网中接入不平衡负载时,通常选用静止同步补偿器来补偿无功电流与负序电流。相对于静止同步补偿器常用的PI控制系统,本文提出一种结合瞬时对称分量法和信号延迟对消方法(DSC)的比例谐振(PR)控制系统,首先,用DSC方法分离出电网电流的正序、负序交流分量;其次,在αβ两相静止坐标下对正、负序分量分别控制,使得DSTATCOM补偿无功电流与负序电流。与PI控制系统相比,提出的控制策略简化了运算,提高了系统稳态、动态性能;最后,搭建了低压配电网DSTATCOM的实验平台,实验结果表明,提出的PR控制方法可以实现补偿无功电流和负序电流,电网接近单位功率因数,电网电流THD小于5%,平衡度满足国标要求。The distribution static synchronous compensator is normally selected to compensate for reactive current and negative sequence current when unbalanced load is connected into grid. Compared with PI con- trol system normally used by static synchronous compensator, a proportional resonance (PR) control sys- tem based on the instantaneous symmetry component method and the signal delay cancellation method (DSC) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the positive and negative-sequence components of the grid cur- rent are separated by DSC method. Then, the positive and negative sequences components are controlled separately atαβ two-phase stationary coordinates to keep the DSTATCOM compensate the reactive current and the negative sequence current. The proposed control strategy, compared to PI control system, simpli- fies the calculation, improves the steady and dynamic performance of the system. Finally, the DSTAT- COM experimental platform of low voltage distribution grid is set up. It is shown by the experimental result that the PR control method proposed can achieve to compensate reactive power current and negative se- quence current. The power grid is close to unity power factor, the grid current THD is less than 5% and the degree of balance meets the China national standard.
