摘  要:随着新能源和柔性输电技术的发展,电力系统对高压自愈式电容器需求量越来越大。理论上,自愈式电容器不可能完全避免自愈失效的发生,自愈失效会逐渐发展为着火、爆炸等严重事故,所以必须在自愈失效后尽快将其从电源切除。没有可靠的自愈失效保护措施是高压自愈式电容器一直未能在电力系统推广使用的重要原因之一。本文通过自愈失效模拟试验,得到自愈失效时电容器元件的产气量和气体成分特性,提出1种基于氢气含量变化的自愈失效保护方法,开发了相应的监测电路,并将监测电路安装在电容器单元内部进行模拟试验。试验结果证明:自愈失效后,氢气含量监测电路可以输出15 m V左右的信号,可用于触发保护装置,且灵敏度高于压力保护装置。With the development of new energy and flexible power transmission technology, the demand of power system to the self-healing capacitor is more. Theoretically, the self-healing capacitor cannot avoid completely occurrence of the self-healing failure, which will develop gradually into such serious accidents as fire and explosion etc. Therefore, the self-healing failure must be removed from the power supply as soon as possible. The reason that the HV self-healing capacitor is not widely promoted and used in the power system is due to no protection measures for the self-healing failure. In this paper, the generated gas mount and the gas contents characteristic of the capacitor in case of self-healing failure is obtained by the self- healing failure simulation, a kind of the self-healing failure protection is proposed on the basis of hydrogen contents variation, the corresponding monitoring circuit is developed and installed inside the capacitor unit for simulation test. It is shown by the test result that after self-healing failure, the hydrogen contents monitoring circuit can output signal around 15 mV, which can be used to trip the protection device and its sensitivity is higher than that of pressure protection device.
