摘  要:匝间短路是引发干式空心电抗器起火事故的主要原因。针对疑似匝间绝缘缺陷的干式空心电抗器,本文采用层层推进的试验方式,利用匝间过电压和温升试验、各包封直流电阻和损耗测试及拆解缺陷的方式,逐步确定了匝间绝缘缺陷的位置。结合缺陷位置绝缘介质受损严重程度及其形貌特性,探究了匝间绝缘缺陷试验的灵敏度,并提出了试验建议。研究表明:匝间过电压试验和温升试验检测干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘缺陷的灵敏度很高,其精度在0.1%之内。应当充分重视匝间过电压试验首次试验结果,以免发生误判。若电磁线引出线与星臂连接实现现场拆装,则匝间绝缘缺陷的现场检出率便可大大提高。Inter-turn short circuit is the main cause of fire accident of dry-type air-core reactor. As tor the dry-type air core reactor with suspected inter-turn insulation defect, in this paper, the on-push test method is used to define gradually position of the inter-turn insulation by the use of inter-turn over voltage and temperature rise test, of DC resistance and loss test of each reactor encapsulation as well as dismantling defects. Moreover, the sensitivity of inter-turn insulation defect test is studied with the combination of the damage severity of the insulation medium at the defect position and its topographic features and test suggestion is proposed. It is shown by the study that the test of both inter-turn over voltage and temperature rise have high sensitivity in detecting the inter-turn insulation defects of dry type air-core reactor and the accuracy is within 0.1%. It is necessary to pay more attention to the first-time test result of inter turn overvoltage test so to avoid misjudgment. If the connection between the output wire of electromagnetic lead and connecting parts between wire leads and reactor assembly arms can be disassembled at site, then the site detection rate of the inter-turn insulation defect can be improved significantly.
