摘 要:针对滤筒除尘器喷吹管各喷嘴流量分布不均匀和部分喷嘴存在出流偏心角的问题,运用CFD软件对不同长度喷嘴在不同喷吹压力下的气流分布情况进行模拟,得到了各喷嘴的流量分布和流场特性,并用均方根值来评判流量分布的均匀性。最后将1-3号直管喷嘴结构改为锥形喷嘴,并通过多次迭代计算,确定了锥形喷嘴收缩角在13.01°~22.62°时,喷嘴流量分布满足设计要求,并且在收缩角为16.24°时,气流分布最均匀,同时气流的偏心性问题也得到解决。Aiming at the problem of a non-uniform mass flow rate distribution and angel of inclination of stream from some nozzles drilled on a blow pipe of pulse-jet cartridge filter, the paper used CFD to simulate different length nozzles, airflow distribution at different jet pressure and mass flow rate distribution and the properties of flow field were obtained. And the uniformity of flow distribution is judged by the RMS value. At last the paper changed 1-3 straight nozzles to cone nozzle, and by several iteration and calculations, the paper determined cone nozzle converging angle at 13.01° -22.62°, the nozzle flow distribution meets the design requirements, and the contraction angle is 16.24°, air distribution is the most uniform, and the problem of airflow incline has also been solved.
