摘  要:利用Factsage对4J36返回料进行Nb合金化辅助设计,经合金化真空熔炼、锻打及热处理后制备合金试样,通过化学成分分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、显微硬度以及膨胀系数测定等检测方法,研究了合金化元素Nb对4J36性能的影响。结果表明,当元素Nb添加质量分数分别为0.5%、1.0%时,显微组织为面心立方的奥氏体结构,出现的孪晶和亚晶结构对晶粒有明显的细化作用,在膨胀系数仍较低的情况下,显微硬度分别提高了25.2%和36%。The Nb alloying of 4J36 was designed with the aid of Factsage software, the samples were prepared on the basis of melting, forging and heat treatment. According to the theory of magnetostrictive and metallic strengthening, effects of Nb alloying on property of 4J36 were investigated by chemical composition analysis, XRD, metallographic observation, SEM, microhardness and the test of linear expansion coefficient and so on. The results indicate that when the added element Nb mass fraction of the main raw material 4J36 are 0.5% and 1.0% , the microstructure is still face-centered cubic austenitic, and there are obvious effects of the twins and sub-grains microstructure on the grain refinement. Simultaneously, the hardness are increased by 25.2% and 36% respectively in the case of maintaining a low coefficient of expansion.
