摘 要:针对露天矿采选生产中不同类型及品位矿石所产生的经济效益的差异,选择了堆浸和全泥氰化两种选矿工艺组合生产。确定了经济比较指标,采用多项式回归分析法预测生产成本,建立了露天矿生产规模论证模型。通过对静态、动态经济比较分析,从净现值、内部收益率、生产现状等因素综合考虑,确定了两种选矿工艺的最优组合规模,为矿山生产提供了理论指导和充分的决策依据。In allusion to the economic differences due to different type and grade ore in the production process of mining and mineral processing of open pit, the mineral processing technology of heap leaching and all-slimed cyaniding were selected for combinative production. The demonstrative model of open pit production scale is established by determining the comparison of economic indexes and using the polynomial regression analysis method to predict the cost of production. Through the comparison and analysis on the static and dynamic economic index from aspect of the net present value, the internal rate of return, the production status and so on, so that the best combined production scale of two kinds of the mineral processing technology have been determined, which provides a theoretical guidance and sufficient decision-making basis for the mine production.
