三氧局部注射联合红光治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察三氧局部注射联合红光治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效。方法门诊选取60例囊肿型痤疮患者,随机分成两组,本试验仅照射红光(红蓝光治疗仪)。治疗期间,对照组仅红光照射,治疗组先局部注射三氧,10 min后再进行红光照射;每次20 min,每周2次,4周为一疗程,治疗结束后进行疗效判定。治疗期间,除口服我院自制的白花蛇舌草胶囊外,均不接受其他治疗,每次治疗结束后第2天进行电话回访,询问患者有无不良反应。结果本次试验治疗前、2次、4次及8次后进行拍照,疗程结束后根据疗效判定标准进行最终结果判定。治疗组囊肿消退数多于对照组,治疗组有效率76.67%,高于对照组40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.3,P<0.01)。结论三氧局部囊肿内注射,可有效改善局部血液循环,提高氧饱和度,加速细胞新陈代谢,快速修复组织结构;红光照射可产生光化学作用,促进细胞新生,加速皮肤愈合;而两者联合时,彼此相互促进,不仅安全性高,而且囊肿消退时间明显缩短,无不良反应,有效率提高,减少了传统药物治疗带来的副作用,患者接受度高,费用低。Objective To observe the clinical effect of three oxygen partial injection combined with red light in the treatment of cysts. Methods 60 cases of ache patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment only irradiated red light （red and blue light therapy instrument）. During the treatment, the control group was only irradiated with red light, and the treatment group was first injected with three oxygen and 10 min after red light irradiation. 20 rain in each time, twice a week, 4 weeks as a course of treatment, the curative effect after the end of treatment was determined. During the treatment, in addition to hedyotisdiffusa oral capsule made in our hospital, they were not received other treatment, second days alter each treatment, a telephone call was conducted to inquire whether the patient had any adverse reactions. Results The test was taken before treatment, 2, 4 and 8 times, according to the criteria of the curative effect, the final outcome was determined. The number of cysts in the treatment group was more than that of the control group, and the effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%, which was higher than that of the control group 40.00%. The difference was statistically significant （Z2=8.3, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Intramuscular injection of three oxygen can effectively improve the circulation of the local blood, improve the oxygen saturation, accelerate the metabolism of the cells, and quickly repair the structure of the tissue. Red light irradiation can produce photochemical effect, promote cell regeneration, accelerate the healing of skin; When combined, they promote each other, not only high safety, but also shorten the time of cysts extinction, no adverse reactions, and high efficiency, and reduce the side effects caused by traditional drug therapy. The patients have high acceptance and low cost.
