脊髓电刺激疗法在脊柱领域的临床应用

摘　　要：脊髓电刺激(SCS)在治疗慢性疼痛、心血管疾病、帕金森及腰椎术后疼痛等多个领域的治疗都有显著效果。近年来,随着治疗设备的不断发展,治疗的成功率和有效性也不断提高。特别近期新型的SCS可达到3节锥体长度的线状或片状电极片。安装电极片全部由专业脊柱外科医生在全麻下通过颈、胸椎的左或者右侧的一侧入路,通过一侧临近两节段的椎板减压将电极片置入计划置入脊髓部位的硬膜外腔并固定。SCS在脊柱领域的临床应用方面术式以及疗效的突出表现,尤其值得脊柱专科医生去熟悉和掌握。Spinal cord stimulation （SCS） has significant effects in the fields of chronic pain, cardiovascular disease, Parkinson and postoperative pain in lumbar spine. In recent years, with the continuous development of treatment equipment, the success rate and effectiveness of treatment have also been improved. In particular, the new type of SCS can reach a linear or flake electrode length of 3 taper length. All the electrodes are placed on the left or right side of the neck and thoracic spine under genera/anesthesia, and the electrodes are placed into the epidural space of the spinal cord and fixed by the decompression of the lamina on one side. The clinical application of SCS in the field of spinal column and the outstanding performance of the therapeutic effect are particularly worthy of familiarity and mastery of the spine specialist.
