摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜术后应用醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法选取我院60例接受腹腔镜术的子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以孕三烯酮治疗,观察组予以醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为76.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组LH、FSH、E2水平较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜术后应用醋酸戈舍瑞林可有效提高疗效,降低相关雌激素水平,且安全性较高。Objective To study the curative effect of acetate goserelin on endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 60 patients with endometriosis treated with laparoscopic surgery were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was treated with gestrinone, the observation group was treated with goserelin acetate, the results were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 96.67%, the total effective rate in control group was 76.67% （P〈0.05）. The level of LH, FSH, E2 after treatment group improved more obviously than the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of goserelin acetate in endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery can improve the curative effect, reduce the related estrogen levels, and has high security.
