摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗烧烫伤的止痛效果。方法随机选取2016年2月—2017年2月在我科治疗烧烫伤的120例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采取磺胺嘧啶银悬浊液治疗,观察组采取湿润烧伤膏治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的疼痛评分低于对照组,观察组患者的止痛效果优于对照组,观察组患者的创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗烧烫伤,可以使创面愈合时间缩短,有效的减轻患者的疼痛感。Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of moisture exposed burn ointment （MEBO） in the treatment of burns and scalds. Methods 120 cases of burns and scalds in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly selected as the research object and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with silver sulfadiazine suspension, the observation group was treated with MEBO. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the analgesic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion MEBO in treating bums and scalds can shorten the healing time of the wound and relieve the pain of the patients effectively.
