摘  要:目的探讨知信行理论干预老年维持性血液透析患者跌倒的效果。方法将符合条件维持性血液透析患者采用随机数字表法分为实验组(n=37)和对照组(n=37),实验组采用知信行模式防跌倒健康教育干预,对照组采用常规健康教育,干预时间6个月,观察两种方法干预前后患者跌倒的知信行状况。结果干预后实验组在防跌倒的知识、态度、行为及总得分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论知信行模式健康教育可以提高维持性血液透析患者的知识水平,改善其态度,改变其行为。Objective To explore the effect of knowledge and letter theory on the fall of elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods The patients with conditional maintenance hemodialysis were divided into the experimental group (n=37) and the control group (n=37) by the random digital table method. In the experimental group, the health education intervention was used to prevent the fall health education, and the control group adopted the routine health education. The intervention time was 6 months, and the knowledge and trust status of the patients' fall before and after the two methods were observed. Results In the experimental group, the knowledge, attitude, behavior and total score were superior to the control group in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The knowledge and trust model health education can improve the level of maintenance hemodialysis patients' knowledge, improve their attitude and change their behavior.
