全脑血管造影术后舒适护理的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全脑血管造影术后舒适护理的应用价值。方法选择2015年5月—2017年5月在我院接受全脑血管造影术治疗的患者共120例,将其分为对照组和护理组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,护理组采用舒适护理,对两组患者护理效果进行比较。结果在本次研究中,对照组总满意率为75.00%,护理组为96.67%,护理组高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组总并发症发生率为26.67%(16/60),护理组为10.00%(6/60),护理组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对全脑血管造影术后的患者,采用舒适护理能够提高患者手术后住院的舒适度,促进患者恢复。Objective To explore the application value of comfortable nursing after whole brain angiography. Methods From May 2015 to May 2017, 120 patients received total cerebral angiography in our hospital were selected, they were divided into the control group and the nursing group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the nursing group adopted the comfortable nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results In this study, the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 75.00%, the nursing group was 96.67%, and the nursing group was higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of total complications in the control group was 26.67% （16/60）, the nursing group was 10.00% （6/60）, and the nursing group was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients after the whole brain angiography, the comfort of the patients after the operation can be improved and the patients can be restored. ｜
