摘  要:辽宁省的辽河油田目前是我国主要稠油油田,产量很高,约占我国稠油生产的2/3以上。在辽河油田稠油开采的热注系统中,输送油气过程中的热量损失是导致井口干燥减少的最为主要的因素,这是能量利用率无法得到有效利用一个重要因素。若在稠油余热回收过程中,蒸汽管道的保温性能不佳,热损失使热蒸汽到达井口和井底的无法达到所需干度。为了延长稠油输送管的使用年限,解决重型油田使用寿命短,隔热效果差的问题,进行室内外多种环境下进行实验的事实实践基础上,优化了绝缘管设计优化设计方案,并对其成本进行了优化,探究出最佳绝缘经济厚度。其优化结构和工艺实现:防腐底漆(刷两次),10mm多硅酸盐涂层+60mm多硅酸盐型材+15mm多硅酸盐涂层+防水涂层+沥青玻璃纤维布+玻璃纤维布(至少3层)+防水涂层,总厚度控制在为120mm左右。Liaoning Liaohe Oilfield is currently the main heavy oil field in China, with high output, accounting for more than two thirds of China' s heavy oil production.The heat loss in the process of conveying oil and gas pipelines in the hot oil injection system of the heavy oil in the Liaohe Oilfield is the most important factor leading to the decrease of the wellhead drying.This is an important factor that the energy utilization rate can not be effectively utilized.If the heavy oil waste heat recovery process, the steam pipe insulation performance is poor.The heat loss causes the hot steam to reach the wellhead and the bottom of the well can not achieve the required dryness.In order to prolong the service life of the heavy oil pipeline, to solve the problem of short service life and poor heat insulation effect of the heavy oilfield, the optimization design of the insulation tube design is optimized on the basis of the actual practice of the indoor and outdoor environment.Its cost is optimized to explore the best insulation economic thickness.Its optimized structure and process realization : Anticorrosive primer (brush twice), 10mm polysilicate coating+60mm polysilicate profile+15mm polysilicate coating+waterproof coating+asphalt glass fiber cloth+glass fiber Cloth (at least 3 layers) +waterproof coating, the total thickness control in about 120mm.
