摘　　要：低产油井产能低,能耗大,有效益率极低,严重制约了油田开发效益。通过一系列绿色低碳手段的实施,来降低低产油井开发能耗,降低采油成本,提高开发效益。Low oil production capacity is low, energy consumption is large, and the benefit rate is very low, which seriously restricts the development benefit of oilfield.Througb a series of green low-carbon means to implement, to reduce the development of low-cost oil wells to reduce energy consumption and improve development efficiency.
