摘　　要：对文留油田油井抽油杆断裂进行了现场统计分析,分析认为:断裂原因主要是抽油杆柱的组合不合理、疲劳破坏及管理不当等所致,并提出了应采取的技术及管理措施。The field statistical analysis of oil well rod sucking in Wenliu oilfield is carried out.It is concluded that the reason of fracture is caused by unreasonable combination of sucker rod, fatigue failure and improper management, and put forward the technical and technical Management measures.
