摘 要:含硫油气田场站为满足日常排油需要,一般选择利用重力流形式将各装置点的污油排放至地坑回收罐。当回收罐达到上限液位时,采用进入地坑手动压油的方式将回收罐的污油输送至下游储罐,此方式存在操作时间长、频次高,安全隐患较重的问题。主要介绍通过将原手动压油改为自动压油操作,从而减少员工进入地坑的频次,达到降低人员操作风险的目的。In order to meet the daily oil removal needs, the sulfur-bearing oil and gas field stations have chosen to discharge the waste oil from each installation point to the pit recovery tank by gravity flow.When the recovery tank reaches the upper limit liquid level, the waste oil of the recovery tank is transported to the downstream storage tank by the manual pressure oil entering the pit, which has the problem of long operation time, high frequency and heavy safety risk.This paper mainly describes the original manual oil pressure to automatic oil pressure operation, thereby reducing the frequency of staff into the pit, to reduce the operational risk of personnel purposes.
