摘　　要：液硫封也称液硫罐,是一种防止硫磺生产过程中,气体串入硫磺储罐的硫封罐。这种气液分离装置在硫封罐内设置一定高度的气、液分离管,进入硫封罐的液硫经硫封罐的静压,使液硫进入液硫罐,而系统内的工艺气因生产工艺压力小于硫封罐的静压差,而走气路,从而实现过程气与液硫的分离,避免液硫罐和液硫池中串入气体,保证了装置的正常生产。Liquid sulfur seal, also known as liquid sulfur tank, is a sulfur seal to prevent the sulfur production process from entering the sulfur tank.This gas-liquid separation device in the sulfur sealed tank set a certain height of the gas, liquid separation tube, into the sulfur sealed liquid sulfur by the static pressure of the sealed tank, the liquid sulfur into the liquid sulfur tank, and the system of process gas Due to the production process pressure is less than the static pressure difference between the sulfur sealed tank, and take the gas path, in order to achieve the separation of process gas and liquid sulfur to avoid liquid sulfur tank and liquid sulfur pool into the gas, to ensure the normal production of the device.
