摘　　要：通过对WL-2000SP型开放式炼胶机加热装置、温控系统及安全保护装置进行改造,此仪器满足橡胶门尼黏度样品的制备要求,确保操作过程安全受控。经此仪器制备的样品符合国家标准要求,样品测试结果偏差不大于1个门尼值。Through the transformation of WL-2000SP open mixing machine heating device, temperature control system and safety protection device, this instrument meets the requirements of sample preparation of rubber Mooney viscosity, and ensures the safe and controlled operation of the operation process.The samples prepared by this instrument meet the national standard requirements, the sample test results deviation of not more than one Menny value.
