摘  要:建立了一种利用电极电位快速测定PDS脱硫液中硫离子含量的分析方法。条件为水杨酸钠质量浓度100g/L、抗坏血酸质量浓度16g/L、氢氧化钠调p H至13配制SAOB缓冲剂,将脱硫液待测液与SAOB缓冲剂按体积比1∶9混合后进行测定。电极响应时间0~2min,稳定性好,脱硫液中的大量副盐离子对分析结果基本无影响,测定结果与碘量法测定结果相对偏差在7%以内,与碘量法无显著性差异。该法具有成本低、简便快速,利于推广等优点。An efficient analysis method was established to determine the sulfur ion content in PDS desulfurization solution by electrode potential. The conditions for preparing SAOB buffering agent were 100g/L sodium salicylate, 16g/L ascorbic acid and adjusting pH to 13 by sodium hydroxide. The desulfurization solution was mixed with SAOB buffer at a volume ratio of 1 : 9 and then measured. The electrode response time is 0-2 min with good stability. The high concentration of secondary salt ions in the desulfurization solution has no effect on the analysis results. The relative deviation of determined results between this method and the iodometric method is within 7%, indicating that there is not significantly different for the two methods. This analytic method has the advantages of low cost, simple and quick, beneficial to promote.
