摘  要:采用预浓缩-气相色谱法测定30种挥发性有机物(VOCs)气体标准样品,根据不同条件下各组分响应值和相对响应值的变化对分析方法进行了优化,考察了各级冷阱冷冻温度、解析时间和解析流速对测定结果的影响.结果表明,在一级冷阱冷冻温度为-185℃,解析流速为20 m L·min^(-1),解析时间120 s;二级冷阱冷冻温度为-50℃,解析时间1 s;三级冷阱冷冻温度为-185℃条件下样品的测定结果最优,采用优化后的实验条件对样品重复分析6次,各组分RSD在1.1%—2.4%之间,结果表明该方法具有良好的精密度.可为研究环境监测用多组分混合的低浓度VOCs类气体标准样品的研制提供技术支持.A method for the determination of the standard gas mixture of 30 volatile organic compounds by gas chromatography combined with preconcentration was developed. The method was optimized according to the response value and relative response value of each component under different conditions. The influence of freezing temperature,desorption time and flow rate during desorption was evaluated. The optimized conditions were-185 ℃ freezing temperature,20 mL·min^-1 flow rate,and 120 s desorption time for trap 1,-50 ℃ freezing temperature and 1 s desorption time for trap 2,and-185 ℃ freezing temperature for trap3. The optimized conditions were used to analyze the samples for six times,and the relative standard deviations( RSDs) was in the range of 1.1%—2.4%. The results showed that the method had good precision.
