摘 要:产品的待机功耗是指产品连接到电源上且处于等待状态,未运行其主要功能时的耗电量。为了进一步节能环保,需要降低电视、空调、机顶盒等家用电器的待机功耗。提出一种极低功耗的遥控接收和按键响应电路,电路主要是由单片机、开关电源、电流互感器、继电器、红外接收元件、电池、升压电路等组成,利用单片机休眠状态使电路平均电流从300μA降到25μA,通过9 cm2的光电池可满足电路待机状态时的电源需求。The standby power consumption of the product is the amount of power consumed when the product is connected to the power supply and is in a wait state without running its main function. In order to relize further energy saving and environmental protection, we need to reduce the standby power consumption of TV, air conditioner, set-top box and other household appliances. This paper presents a very low power remote control receiver and key response circuit. This circuit is mainly composed of single-chip, switching power supply, current transformer, relay, infrared receiving element, batteries, boost circuit and so on. The use of single-chip dormant state of the circuit reduces the average current from 300 μA to 25 μA, through 9 square centimeters of photovohaic cells can meet circuit standby state power demand.
