摘 要:针对人体舒适度的检测,基于手部皮肤平均温度与舒适度之间的定量关系,设计了一种舒适度智能传感器结构。该智能传感器利用三维集成多层结构将多个温度传感元件集成在一块硅基片上,利用基于一致可靠性测度的多传感信息故障判断与信息融合方法,在实现异常数据与器件故障判断的同时实现了多传感信息融合与舒适度检测。实验研究表明,该信息融合方法与平均加权融合相比,融合误差降低了约71.2%,舒适度最大检测误差为±0.051。In view of comfort detection about the human body, the paper designed an intelligent comfort sensor structure based on the quantitative relationship between hand skin temperature and comfort. The intelligent sensor adopted a three-dimensional integrated muhi-layer structure,which integrated several temperature sensory units on a silicon substrate, and it used a fault judgment and information fusion method of multi-sensor information based on coherence and reliability, realizing the judgment of abnormal data and device fault judgment while achieving the multi-sensor information fusion and comfort detection. Experimental results show that the error of the proposed information fusion method is reduced by 71.2% compared with the average weighted fusion method, and the maximum error of comfort detection is ±0. 051.
