摘  要:中国石化河南油田分公司注入水水质检测对污水中的悬浮固体含量采用重量法测定。采油厂二三级检测单位原来一直采用目视比色法,近几年各二级检测机构逐步配套完善了重量法测定所需的仪器设备,满足了检测的需求,但在实际开展悬浮固体含量的检测过程中,由于一、二级水质检测机构所采用的设备、滤膜及检测人员对标准中规定方法的理解不同等原因,造成检测结果的差异较大。围绕检测过程中可能存在的影响因素,开展比对实验,通过细化检测方法、运用滤膜系统误差消除法,有效地解决了检测结果存在差异的问题,提高了检测结果的准确性。In Henan Oilfield Company of Sinopec, the suspended solids content in oilfield injection water is determined by gravimetric method. But in the second or third-level testing institutions such as oil production plants, it had been determined by visual colorime- try'. In recent years, the second-level testing institutions have gradually purchased the equipment required by gravimetric method to meet the needs of testing, but in the actual detection process, there is great difference in the detection results between the first and second level testing institutions due to the differences in the used equipment and filter membrane and the understanding of testing personnel to testing standard. According to the possible influencing factors in the detection process, the comparative experiments were can-led out, the difference of the detection results was effectively eliminted and the accuracy of the detection results was improved through refining detection method and the use of filter membrane system error elimination method.
