摘　　要：介绍了膨胀管技术的国产化发展历程,分析了膨胀管标准体系的制定策略及其实施效果,在此基础上提出了石油装备标准化战略的发展建议。结果表明:膨胀管项目在技术创新同时,结合现场应用分别建立了修井、完井及材料性能检测等完备的标准化体系;进一步提升了膨胀管技术水平及其应用效果,而这种提升又反作用于标准化体系的改进与补充,形成了良性循环系统,在标准指导下国内膨胀管现场作业超过2 500口井,国外150口井,有效提高了膨胀管技术的国产化率及国际化水平。The development history of the solid expandable tubular technology in China is introduced, the formulation strategy and implementation effect of the solid expandable tubular standard system are analyzed, and some suggestions for the development of the standardization strategy of the petroleum equipment are put forward. The complete standardization systems for workover, well comple- tion and material performance testing are established respectively according to field application, they further enhance the level and application effect of the solid expandable tubular technology, which promotes the improvement and supplement of the standardization systems, and a virtuous circle is formed. Under the guidance of the standards, the field operation of the solid expandable tubular technology is more than 2 500 wells at home, reaching 150 wells abroad, which effectively improves the localization rate and the in- ternationalization level of the solid expandable tubular technology.
