大学生网络文明素养培育探析

摘　　要：大学生网络文明素养即大学生在网络生活中应当具备的文明素质和道德素养,是大学生的文明素质和道德素养在网络认知、网络辨识、网络参与、网络使用能力上的体现。大学生是营造文明网络社会的生力军,大学生网络文明素养培育是社会健康有序发展的需要,也是完成肩负使命、成人成才的需要,但许多大学生在网络生活中存在上网目的盲目、网络信息辨别能力低、网络自律精神不够、网络交往规则意识不强、自我保护能力较差等诸多问题。培育大学生网络文明素养有多种途径,如充分发挥高校思想政治理论课的主渠道作用;营造良好校园文化氛围,充分发挥大思政作用;创新思想政治工作新平台,改革网络文明素养培育形式等。College students＇internet civil quality refers to college students＇civil quality and moral quality embodied in internet cognition,internet identification, internet participation and interuet use ability in internet life. College students are the major group who create civ-il interuet society, therefore their civil accomplishment is what the social healthy orderly development needs as well as what is requiredfor finishing mission and becoming talents. But many students lack identification ability of internet information and sufficient self - disci-pline of interact. They have no strong consciousness of internet communication regulation and poor self - protection ability. There aremany approaches for cultivation of college students＇internet civil accomplishment, for example, giving full play to the role of college ide-ological and political education, creating good campus culture by giving full paly to big ideological instruction, innovating ideologicaland political work platform and reforming internet civil cultivation form.
