摘  要:如何实现国际经济法课程的教学目标,提升课程教学效果,培养高素质、复合型的涉外法律人才是我国深入进行国际经济交往的现实需要。地方性本科高校因为地理位置因素制约,当地国际贸易和国际投资活动开展少,法院鲜有接触涉外经济案件,在国际经济法教学过程中面临更多的困境。灵活运用案例教学、适当引入影视教学以及激发学生学习兴趣,循序渐进开展国际经济法课程双语教学成为地方性本科高校突破困境,提升国际经济法课程教学效果的路径。How to realize the teaching objectives of the international economic law curriculum, to promote the effectiveness of the courseteaching, and to train high quality and complex foreign - related legal personnel are the practical needs of China's in - depth internation-al economic exchanges. Because of location factors, local undergraduate colleges and universities face more predicaments in the processof international economic law teaching because mainland cities are less active in international trade and international investment andcourts rarely accept international economic cases. Therefore, the teaching effect of the international economic law curriculum for localundergraduate colleges and universities is improved only by flexible use of the case teaching, individual introduction of film and televi-sion teaching, stimulating students'interest in learning, paying attention to international economic law course bilingual teaching.
