摘　　要：本实验采用正交实验法优化荷叶中荷叶碱的提取工艺,利用高效液相色谱法检测荷叶碱的含量。结果:提取时间60min,提取次数为3次,加水量为10倍量。In this experiment,the extraction process of nuciferine in lotus leaf by orthogonal experimental method. Determination of the content of lotus leaf by high performance liquid chromatography. Results：the extraction time was 60min,the extraction time was 3 times,and the amount of water was about 10 times.
