摘　　要："互联网+"已成为时代发展主旋律,深刻地改变了人们的生活,催生了独具特色的"网生代",给高校德育工作带来了机遇和挑战。正确认识"互联网+",把握"网生代"的特点,采取积极有效地措施改进高校德育工作,对提高大学生德育的实效性具有重要意义。The ＂Internet plus＂ has become the main theme of the development of the times,it has profoundly changed people＇s life,the birth of a unique ＂net generation＂,has brought opportunities and challenges to the moral education in Colleges and universities.Correct understanding of ＂Internet plus＂,grasp the characteristics of ＂net generation＂,take positive and effective measures to improve the moral education,to improve the effectiveness of college moral education has important significance.
