摘 要:目的:本研究旨在通过团体辅导的形式对二本院校贫困生的职业生涯规划进行干预研究,以提高他们的职业生涯规划意识和能力。方法:通过选取24名贫困生(工科类)为研究对象,其中实验组12人,控制组12人,分别进行8次有针对性主题的团体辅导干预。结果:经实验干预后,实验组、控制组在生涯定向总分、自我概念因子以及自我信心因子的后测—前测差值有显著差异。结论:团体辅导对于二本院校贫困生在职业生涯规划过程中生涯定向程度的提高有显著改善,且对其自我概念和自我信心水平的提高有一定的效果。Purpose:The study aims to intervene in the career planning of poor students in second-tier universities in the form of group counseling,so that their career planning awareness and ability could be improved.Method:Choose 24 poor students (who major in engineering) as study objects.Twelve of them belong to experimental group while the others belong to control group.Group counseling intervention to them is made separately for eight times with specific topics.Result:After the intervention,students of experimental groups significantly different from those of control group in directional total points of career and the differences between two tests of self-concept factors and self-confidence factors.Conclusion:Group counseling could greatly improve the difference career decision during their career planning process,and has a certain effect on their self-concept and self-confidence.
