摘　　要：汽车电子技术是高职院校的一门专业课程,大部分理科院校都开设有这项专业,该专业每年为国家培养了大批优秀的人才,也为高职院校学生的就业提供了重要的保障。当时,在进行教学调研的时候,我发现当前高职院校的教学还存在有较大的问题,为了更好地为社会培养人才,促进汽车电子技术专业教学的发展,笔者结合自己的教学经验,认为可以在教学的时候,开展现代学徒制人才培养模式,以便更好的促进学生的发展与成长。The automobile electronic technology is an important course in higher vocational colleges,most science colleges have set up a professional,the professional training each year a large number of outstanding talents for the country,but also for Vocational College Students' employment,provides an important safeguard. At that time,when teaching research,I found that the current teaching in higher vocational colleges also have a larger problem,in order to better cultivate talents for the society,promote the development of automobile electronic technology professional teaching,I combined with his own teaching experience that when teaching mode,to carry out modern apprenticeship training personnel,in order to to better promote the development and growth of students.
