摘　　要：经过四届的成功运行,江苏省大学生化学化工实验竞赛对实验教学的指导和引领作用已经得到了普遍认同。为了提高我校本科生的竞赛成绩,我们对竞赛实施方案进行了调整,从实验教学、硬件设施、选拔机制及赛前培训入手,强化竞赛的组织和管理。同时也对目前困扰我们的一些问题进行了剖析。在竞赛过程中,我们体会到创新能力的培养是竞赛指导作用的必然要求,是实验教学的核心。After 4 times successful running of Jiangsu Province College Contest of Chemical Science and Engineering Experiment （IPCCCSE）,its roles in guiding and directing the experimental teaching has been widely accepted. In order to improve the contest grades,we adjusted the execution projects. Based on the modification of experimental teaching,hardware,selection process and pre-contest training,the preparation procedure was fulfilled. Some problems that puzzled us were also discussed in terms of contest. With all these years＇ attendance,we found the innovation ability cultivation is the core both for the contest and experiment teaching.
