关于大学生科研能力培养的探讨

摘　　要：本科生参与科研对于提高学生的综合素质具有重要意义。让本科学生尽早地进入本专业相关实验室并从事相应的科学研究实践,可以培养其动手操作能力、灵活地将课本理论知识应用到实践中去的能力以及团队合作精神,提高其毕业论文写作水平和就业质量。本文分析了大学生参与科研在人才培养中的作用,对目前存在的问题进行分析并在此基础上提出了相应的建议。It is of great significance for undergraduate students to improve the comprehensive quality during participation in scientific research. For undergraduate students as soon as possible to enter the professional laboratory and engaged in the scientific research practice,can cultivate the hands-on ability and flexibility of the textbook theory knowledge applied to practice ability and team spirit,improve the graduation thesis writing level and quality of employment. This paper analyzes the role of college students in scientific research in personnel training,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
